Core information priorities for submissions are as follows:

• Occupancy
• Number of Stories
• Levels below grade
• Construction materials
• Any new or prototypical design features
• Proximity to streams, rivers or other bodies of water
• Co-ordinates/street address
• Selection process for the contractor(s)
• Selected Contractor relevant experience
• Geo-technical report summarising the ground conditions and the seismic design parameters
• Project time line
• Breakdown of project costs

In addition and specific to Christchurch risks:
Whether it is a complete re-build* or repair
Structural report
*Defined as demolition to grade and subsequent complete re-build
