Making a claim is easy with us. You can either download a claim form and send it through to us, or contact us directly via phone or email. There's a different process for property claims, motor claims, and all other claims, so check below for the right information for your claim.

  • Confirm receipt of the claim and advise our claim number
  • Advise you if you need to provide any additional information on behalf of your client
  • Advise you of the steps we will be taking in handling your claim.
